Like BYU there's lots of construction going on here, unlike BYU all of the construction is for sciences and none of it for sports. I'm going to be working in the shiny new area on top of the building, and yet another research building is being built next door (as you can see) to go along with a couple of other shiny new research buildings just a few yards away.
